I love you all with such a great and intense love as to be unimaginable for most of you. Choose prayer and fasting, choose lamenting the current state of affairs so that you can express all that ails you, let it pass out of you and back to the earth to be neutralized.

When you moan and cry and lament, the energy can no longer hold you captive. When you let worry, doubt, fear, and apprehension overwhelm your system, you are unavailable to help. Let it out.

The world is on the precipice of a momentous decision that decides the path, or timeline, it will take. The next election in the United States will decide fourteen years of the future and whether good or evil, tremendous suffering or relief, will come to us all.

Us? Do you suffer with us?

Yes, child, we are each other.

Tell them more. Is there more?

Only that there is urgency for people to stop avoiding the negative build up in their own systems. Resentment, fear, and even hate is abundant and must be released in a healthy way. Find a way to let it go.

Whatever way you choose, do it. This energy must be returned to the earth rather than fester further, stuck in our systems. It only gives an advantage to the dark side to have its presence. It lends them power and the illusion of winning. So many do not want what they offer, or rather, what they are pushing on us. Release the energies! Seek out hope. Ask the universe or however you name God, the Source of all things, to fill the empty spots you create through the release with positive energies.

You are not alone in your fight for the good and struggle to break through to a new level of existence. All those who are at the same level as Earth are also fighting for their freedom at this time. It is a shift like none other which accelerates the whole universe towards the omega point.

Are other planets like Earth? Sometimes I hear there are no others like us and that we are special, sometimes I hear the opposite.

Many places strive to wake up, to be free. Many psychic races are ahead of you, and we try to lend a hand. Every planet has its unique way of being.

Is earth very unique? I heard having so many varieties of species is unique.

There are other planets with many varieties of species. 3D or otherwise, so many different places exist, and this is not the only place with such variety. However, Earth is the only place that combines the particular species that it does. She is beautiful and special, and the human race is also gifted. When you raise in vibration, and join the rest of us, able to communicate and exchange ideas, you will make great contributions. You will be an asset to all of us. You are desired because of your unique gifts.

Are you talking about traveling between universes? [The channeler had heard that the unique gift humans would bring to the galactic community would be that they would discover how to bridge different universes.]

No, this is a rumor. We are talking about the third dimension coexisting with the fifth dimension and higher in a third dimensional body. It has not before been tried. Much work must be done on the human form to contain it. But you did not want to give up the 3D bodies in order to shift. It was a practically unanimous sentiment carried deep within the species. So, we are adjusting to what you wanted.

Upgrading you must be done in a sneaky way so as to not overwhelm those not ready to shift in their consciousness. The level up will take the planet to a greater vibration, but when one of you falls into darkness, you will be able to fall further.

Imagine you have a ball on a string, and you lift it up then let it drop. It swings equally in both directions. With each swing it does not go quite as high as it did before, and each extreme point comes closer and closer together, until it stops.

Now imagine you have a ball on a string and you lift it, and upon dropping, it creates an arch. But this time, with each swing, the extreme points are always greater and greater. So too the dimensional shift. The range of energies will increase on both sides of the central point. The greater the good, the greater the evil, to equally match it. But the body must be capable of the extremes, or the human body will be lost while trying to make the shift. So all bodies are being prepared.

One habit humans have is the stuffing down and constant carrying of unprocessed emotions. You may have noticed that you are more emotionally expressive now. As a species, I mean. This is because the energy must be released to upgrade the body. They cannot be kept unprocessed any longer.

The extremes would make you lose your mind in this case. So we also are upgrading your minds. As a result, you must change your habits. This has so far made it a bit unstable with emotions flying all over the place. But we believe you will stabilize and learn how to express emotions more freely, thus letting the emotional body be a pass through entity where reactions are processed immediately and so healing is more readily available.

A certain amount of maturity is needed. Earlier, you expressed that it is better to process hard emotions when children are not around. This is an example of having the wisdom and maturity of deciding carefully how to best process what you are feeling.

So the body, the physical DNA, the spiritual DNA, the emotional, mind, and subtle bodies – all of it – is being activated and upgraded for all people. All so that the extremes can be tolerated. We are excited to see the results of such a high vibration existing in a physical, 3D frame.

Will we be able to dissolve the body at will?

Yes, eventually. This is not a part of the current earth experience. It will be, for we will change the rules eventually. First a few will master it, then it will be a knowledge that spreads.

Will even those moving to the darker extremes be able to master it?

Yes, it comes with the upgraded system.

Will we fly?

Yes, this also. But it has been achieved partially by some who already know how to levitate. Levitation, and other skills usually not seen on earth, will start to become commonplace. It will not be so unusual to encounter those who have mastered the manipulation of reality. It will be a commonly explored phenomenon.

Science will no longer be at odds with us. Technology will be transformed into a positive helper of mankind. All forces will have access to these things. It is much like psychic gifts now. Those who practice in the dark will always be there, and they can also access psychic realms. It is not only for lightworkers.

Sound is extremely important in what comes. You will often sing and connect with us through song. You will use vibration to convey emotional and spiritual truth. Song is a part of spiritual speech, as it were, the speech that goes beyond the ego and talks to the soul. It will be more widely recognized and used. You are two of the first to explore music and speech to achieve this.

Light language uses song a lot. Song is capable of a more solid vibrational match with the essence of a message trying to be conveyed. Speech will always be preferred by your species. They love to talk; they love languages. So psychic communication only is not a big attraction. So, you will employ song, words, and energy, or aura, as well as emanations from your mind, to convey messages to each other. But we do not foresee you wanting to give up your love of language or making sounds. Nor your bodily expressed language. Many other races do not express through the body as you do. This intrigues us, the attachment you have to it.

Be pleased for we are so pleased with you. Although it is a difficult time, we come close to the end of the difficulty. Be encouraged, be free and defend that freedom, act in wisdom always. You know what is right. Become one with those vibrations, so that the others cannot tempt you. Do not stand in the middle, so that you do not take on any particular energy. Choose the light, and become one with it, so the darkness has less sway over you. Identify with it. You ARE Light.
